Bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks) up to 45 min phone meetings with your coach. Choosing this option means you’d like to check in with your coach relatively often, but do not need a constant check in. If you’d like guidance that is specific to you, but also don’t want someone super involved, this is the option for you. After each appointment, you will receive a written plan to outline what you’d like to work on.
